Through the form below, you can report suspected violations, unethical behavior, or other serious irregularities concerning our operations or our suppliers.

You can choose to submit your report completely anonymously, or provide contact details if you wish to be contacted for follow-up.
All matters are treated confidentially, in accordance with our procedure for whistleblowing, conflicts of interest, and non-conformance management. Retaliation against whistleblowers is not tolerated.

Questions about handling

Repus Ventilation AB values high business ethics, safe working conditions, and sustainable supply chains. Therefore, we offer a secure and anonymous channel for reporting suspected deviations from our CSR policy or legislation.

Your report is received by Repus' internal CSR manager. The case is registered, investigated confidentially, and handled according to our procedure for non-conformance management. If necessary, corrective actions (CAPA) are taken.

Yes. You can submit your report without providing a name, email, or phone number. We still encourage providing contact details if we need to follow up for more information.

We follow the fundamental principles of the UN and the ILO, have zero tolerance for corruption and child labor, and perform regular supplier follow-ups and internal audits. Whistleblowing is an important part of our improvement work.
