How to configure a diffuser in the configurator

Configuring a diffuser in our configurator is a simple and efficient process.

1. Start the configurator
Go to the product page for the relevant diffuser and click on “Configure diffuser”.

2. Enter project data
Fill in the parameters required by the project, for example:

• Size
• Connection type
• Desired airflow rate
• Any installation constraints

Then start the calculation.

3. Analyze the results
The results are presented directly on the screen and include, among other things:

• Airflow rate
• Pressure drop across the diffuser
• Sound level in the occupied zone
• Throw length
• Setting data for commissioning

Adjust input values if necessary, such as the number of nozzles or the length of the diffuser, until the desired performance is achieved.

4. Export documentation
Once the correct configuration is achieved, you can export the result as a PDF document, suitable for construction documents or a request for quotation.

5. Prel. Insert into MagiCAD / Revit
For design in a BIM environment, you can also work directly in MagiCAD or Revit:

• Search for Repus products via MagiCAD Cloud or an installed plugin
• Select the corresponding diffuser and configure parameters directly in the model (airflow rate, dimensions, etc.)
• Place the diffuser in the drawing and connect it to the ventilation system

MagiCAD then automatically handles technical data such as pressure drop, sound, and airflow rate in the system calculation.
This allows the same configuration to be used directly in construction documents without manual transfer.
